About our Internship Program:
ASICS is committed to recruiting the best and brightest talent to join our internship program at one of our ASICS America Corporation office locations (Irvine, CA, Byhalia, MS, and Boston, MA). During this internship, our interns will discover their strengths, develop their technical skills, and learn more about the environment of their future career path. ASICS interns are vital contributors to the company's vision of creating a quality lifestyle through intelligent sport technology. We are currently seeking interns to assist various departments within ASICS. These are PAID internships, 24 hours per week. The candidate is allowed to work remotely up to one day per week and is expected to be in the office on all other working days.

Position Summary:
The SAP Regional Enterprise Support Intern will provide essential support to the regional enterprise support team, assisting in delivering high-quality technical assistance and business solutions to SAP clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in enterprise software and customer support processes while contributing to the success of various projects.
 
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical individual currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of SAP software solutions are preferred. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop technical and professional skills in a dynamic environment while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

The successful candidate can expect to gain experience in: 

Assisting in the analysis of customer inquiries. Troubleshooting software issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of support requests. Participating in department and cross-functional meetings; prepare training materials, documentation, and reports to enhance service delivery and client engagement. Participate in internal projects aimed at improving support processes and customer satisfaction.


What You'll Need

Must currently be pursuing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2025 or later. required Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results. Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning. Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. SALARY / PAY RANGE: $18.00 / hour
