Job Title Summer Painter/Maintenance 2024 Department Maintenance Job Description/Duties Working with campus painters engaging in a variety of painting needs, primarily interior painting.

Maintenance activities will include assisting staff with prepping/repairing residence hall rooms for returning students. Days/Hours Needed May 13 through August 16
Working 4 days per week at a total of 28 hours.
Monday – Wednesday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Thursday 6:00am – 10:00am for Dorm MaintenanceMonday – Wednesday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Thursday 7:00am – 11:00am for Paint Crew Campus Location/Bldg. Across campus Required Qualifications Positions are being offered to SUNY and Community College Students. Minimally, the student must be enrolled on at least a half time basis over the summer sessions, and/or be enrolled to commence studies for the Fall 2024 semester (proof of matriculation will be required). Students graduating in May 2024 are NOT eligible. Preferred Qualifications Preference given to those with a valid driver’s license. Any type of maintenance experience would be helpful (painting, carpentry, masonry) Physical Demands Must have the ability to perform moderate physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
