Position Objective:
The Family Camp College Lead works with the Family Ministries Program Manager to lead and oversee the programming for the Family Camp College program in order to lead college-age adults one step closer to Jesus in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.
General Qualifications:
The Family Camp College Lead is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships, and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating, and leading Mount Hermon’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
Key Job Accountabilities:
* Work as a team with the Family Ministries Program Manager to explore, create, and coordinate program development and implementation for college age adults in attendance at Family Camp.
* Organize and coordinate with necessary departments; set and distribute schedules to the necessary parties.
* Provide financial oversight including budget and purchasing.
* Develop appropriate relationships with college age adults that will promote and encourage spiritual growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
* Implement and document program inventory and evaluation.
* Participate in bonus jobs with other departments on the mountain.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
