Position Objective:
The PL A/V Lead oversees all A/V, technical and lighting elements throughout PL and the recording studio and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, contributing to the campers’ experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
General Qualifications:
The Ponderosa Lodge (“PL”) Audio/Visual (“A/V”) Lead is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) mission, vision and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Oversee the care and maintenance of all of the PL A/V equipment. Perform all A/V needs as required to enhance all programs and activities. Oversee the recording studio, working with campers to create an intentional and excellent experience. Meet regularly with the Band Lead to ensure they meet their needs. Work directly with the PL Forum, Activities and Program Coordinators, and the Band. Perform any other duties as assigned by the PL Forum Coordinator.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Summer staff members in his/her area.
