Position Objective:
The RWC Craft Lead works with Core Team and RWC Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and oversee RWC program and provides direction, leadership, and oversight of all camp crafts programs in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
General Qualifications:
The Redwood Camp (“RWC”) Craft Lead is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) mission, vision and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Be the driving force for the RWC craft program, imagining, implementing, delegating, and supervising. Provide assistance in miscellaneous projects relating to RWC Program. Share in the responsibilities of keeping camp areas including workspaces and supplies clean and orderly. Assist with operating the trading post as needed Operate camp bank and keep detailed records of all transactions Maintain inventory, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of office and supplies Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Program personnel that assist with RWC craft and trading post program implementation.
