As a Summer Trainee – Delivery Management, BDH, you will:​ 

 

Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments according to instructions Have overall oversight and coordinate sales order deliveries from purchase to delivery Collaborate actively with stakeholders to serve customer needs Manage and mitigate risks and analyze delivery issues Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer experience and satisfaction

 


Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in either business or a technological field A positive and proactive can-do mindset as you will be required to contact multiple people across all Metso companies from diverse backgrounds. A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge in SAP or Salesforce is seen as an advantage Fluent written and spoken skills in English is mandatory. Fluent Finnish is considered an advantage but not a requirement

An exciting position in the BDH (Beneficiation, Dewatering, and Hydrometallurgy) business line of Metso Services business area. You will get a chance to work with professionals of the local Delivery Management team, where your team will support your growth. You will have great opportunities to develop your expertise by learning how to coordinate and oversee complex deliveries. Our team supports all Metso market areas with sales orders that require a little extra to see them through. Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
