As a Summer Trainee in the Metso Academy team, based in either Espoo or Tampere, you will:​ 

 

Work in the Metso Academy project team, supporting the implementation of a training content and document management solution, including tasks related to change management and communication, legacy content migration, and documentation. Create, organize, and update technical learning materials and documentation. Develop and manage training programs for internal colleagues, distributors, business partners, and customers globally. Support the development, organization, and updating of technical training contents.

 


Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in a suitable field (e.g., engineering, business development, English language, IT, data management, marketing). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role. Curiosity towards Metso business and technologies, as well as training services. Analytical mindset, organized way of working, and focus on details. Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, and drive them proactively. Good skills in English, both written and spoken; experience in technical documentation, document management, and learning material or content development is considered a benefit.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
