Job Responsibilities
As our Summer trainee in Order Handling, your tasks might include:
· Global customer service
· Order entering into SAP
· Ensuring that all information provided to customers is accurate and requirements are met
· Creating various export documentation to ensure the prompt delivery of goods
· Interaction with other departments and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes
Background & Skills
For you to rock in this position, you are studying international business or other relevant business degree. You might already have gained similar experience from the same field, logistics or customer service.
You have a good command of both Finnish and English. Experience of using SAP is an asset. Additionally, you are a team player who can take initiative and you are eager to develop your skills, professionally and personally.
