As a Summer Trainee in Nordtrack product management with our Metso Product Management team in Tampere, you will:

 

 

Assist in varying product and business management tasks such as order and inventory follow-up, manufacturing cost updates, marketing, and sales activities. Provide stakeholder communications regarding technical, engineering, and service-related issues. Develop value sales materials and provide essential sales and product support globally. Handle basic level warranty cases. Create and update technical and sales documentation such as presentations, competitor comparisons, product bulletins, and technical specifications. Act as a backup in Nordtrack product management during the holiday period.

 

 

Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in fields such as Industrial Engineering and Management, other engineering fields or business. A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic and great communication skills. Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the global role. A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Genuine interest in heavy machinery and the crushing and screening industry Fluent written and spoken skills in English and Finnish

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
