As a Summer Trainee – QEHS, you will:
Contribute to QEHS process implementation / monitoring Update and create management system documents, procedures, and instructions in Metso document management systems Support in product safety management Prepare reports, training materials Perform specific tasks to help us improve in the areas of quality, environment, health, and safety management
Who you are
Bachelor/Master of Science studies > 30% completed. Studies or previous work experience related to quality, environment, health, and safety management are considered as an advantage. A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work. Positive attitude and great work ethic . Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role. A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills. An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively. English language (full working proficiency), other languages are considered as benefit.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
