Danfoss Drives is looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Customer Support & Coordination team. The team is part of the EMEA Service Center and responsible for technical support and coordination of field service activities.

Position is located in Vaasa or Helsinki

Job Responsibilities

 

If you take this exciting challenge to join us as our Summer Trainee in Customer Support & Coordination, your tasks might include: 

· Technical  support for Danfoss Drives’ products

· Troubleshooting and repair support for customers and partner

· Spare part support

· Warranty claim handling

Background & Skills

 

For you to rock in this position, you should have completed at least 2 years of M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in an appropriate engineering science (Drives and Power Electronics , Electrical engineering, Automation).

 

Personally you are service minded, curious and motivated. You are a skilled communicator and able to interact with people both inside and outside of the organization.
