We are seeking a talented individual to join our Superannuation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Wollongong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Superannuation Administrator will work in the Pooled Funds space, predominantly across Pensions and Member Maintenance, processing a range of superannuation administration functions while ensuring compliance with legislation and service standards.

Conduct thorough investigations to resolve exceptions and assist with the management of escalations, breaches, and complaints in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records systems for the safe storage of information, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times.Prepare well-structured written correspondence that aligns with corporate policies and communication protocols.Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with relevant service standards.Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.Stay updated on relevant legislation, scheme rules, processes, and practices.What you need to have:
Proficient administration skills with experience in superannuation.Strong working knowledge of Excel.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.An analytical mindset with the ability to question and look beyond the obvious.What makes you stand out:
