Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) within Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Superconducting Process Integration Manager 1 for our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs.

This individual will be responsible for staffing, onboarding duties, personnel performance assessments, program interface and other functional duties for various personnel. Additionally, the role will involve technical leadership and supporting the team in strategic collaborative initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ideal candidate having developed collaboration and influence competencies. The successful candidate will also support program execution for programs within the Micro Systems Technologies portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or related field
• 5 years experience in a semiconductor fabrication foundry with a broad understanding of process areas
• Management or Leadership experience (team lead, project lead, IPT lead, etc.)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or related field
• Experience in Device physics and Process Integration
• Functional and program management experience
• Understanding of electronic circuits, Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality control, and root cause analysis

Salary Range: $109,800.00 - $164,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
