Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking an exceptionally skilled Superintendent of Supplier Quality to join our ambitious team in Monterrey. This position is crucial in crafting flawless operations that align with our mission to provide world-class healthcare solutions.

What you'll be doing:Complete and detail the monitoring and control activities of MRB and Incoming Inspection operations, ensuring sustained quality levels and EHS requirements for daily production.Establish MRB, Incoming inspection, and Calibration sequences to meet daily production goals.Lead efforts to achieve targets for critical metrics related to MRB, Incoming inspection, and calibration.Coordinate the supplier new part approval process, including managing resources to implement changes for new parts, engineering changes, and supplier change requests.Maintain and update SNAP documentation in Agile.Keep job instructions, visual aids, and related quality system procedures current and accurate.Lead teams and direct technical efforts of other team members.Conduct periodic reviews of control documents/procedures.Perform trending analysis on key indicators.Participate in Corporate, ISO, and FDA audits.Collaborate with NPI sourcing leaders and managers to support new product introductions, pilot runs, TCO engineering projects, and Sourcing VIP for the Monterrey site.

What you'll bring!

An engineering degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the medical field.Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, both as a leader and a team member.Experience with manufacturing process engineering activities, including programming, rack design, line balancing, and time studies.Demonstrated experience working with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.Proven ability to manage complete project cycles, from concept to implementation.Excellent analytical skills, decision-making competence, and problem-solving proficiency.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Successful track record of managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities.Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including potential relocation for 3-6 month periods during critical phases of the NPD process.Significant influence skills to drive progress and actions beyond departmental authority.Solid expertise in process and product qualification.[p;l.Experience with continuous improvement techniques such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, JIT, and project management.Strong technical skills in cutting, stamping, die, punching press, welding, powder coating, surface pretreatment, statistical control of production, and ISO 9000 - ISO 14000.
