This is a hands-on multi-tasking position. Please Note: _Previous construction crew supervisory experience is REQUIRED for this position._ **Essential Functions:** + Oversee, review, and monitor work schedules and assignments to assure efficiency and productivity + Responsible for in-house construction team, including but not limited to interviewing and onboarding + Establish and ensure compliance of standard procedures to ensure quality of work + Monitor and coordinate subcontractor and vendor usage by the operations department + Partner with the Construction Manager to ensure positive P&L results + Manage and review projects to assure profitability and timely completion + Assure customer satisfaction and resolve any conflicts **Skills and Knowledge Requirements:** + Must be a high energy individual with the ability to energize a team + Must have previous construction crew leadership experience + Must be able to create and execute short and long term plans **Compensation:** + Compensation will vary by experience level.
