Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

A general contractor in metro-Detroit is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their newly awarded project team. This person will oversee the onsite construction process and will be responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget, and scheduling guidelines. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling activities on the construction site.

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Working onsite in Ann Arbor, MI mainly for the Ann Arbor Public School remodel projects in summer and ground up starting in Q3 but there are other local metro-Detroit projects as needed. Core hours are 8am-4pm, but flexible, very little Saturday work. Will be provided with a company cell phone. Mileage reimbursement for back-and-fourth throughout same days.
