Job Title: Experienced Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong bg in commercial construction, including new builds and renovations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects, overseeing multiple subcontractors/trades, and maintaining tight control over project budgets and schedules. Responsibilities also include maintaining daily communication with project owners, interpreting contract documents, and developing recovery schedules as needed. The role demands proactive management of city inspectors, informed decision-making regarding budget adjustments, and the creation and execution of quality control checklists. Candidates should be prepared to handle a challenging portfolio of projects and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of subcontract agreements. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WOKING FOR GC!
