As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site. + Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. + Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. + Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. + Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. + Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods. + Excellent leadership and organizational skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in construction management software and tools. + OSHA certification is a plus.
