Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee major mechanical upgrades at HCA Hospital in Sun City, FL. This role requires extensive travel with mileage reimbursement and per diem expenses covered. The superintendent will manage projects involving structural reinforcement, demo/duct work, and rooftop handler installations. You will be the only person on site for HBS, ensuring subs do not engage in scope creep.
