**Job Title: Construction Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the installation of a 75-foot compactor for a national design and construction company. This project will run from November 15 to March, approximately 4 months. There is potential for continued employment with paid travel, per diem, and living expenses if desired. Key responsibilities include daily reports, QA/QC inspections, safety inspections (OSHA 30 required), scheduling inspections, managing punch lists, and enforcing design compliance. You will coordinate with active owner operations on-site and manage three subcontractors specializing in MEP work, utility work, and millwright work. **Hard Skills** + Superintendent Experience + Construction Commercial Level + Mechanical and mechanized equipment installation + Electrical system installations + Conveyor system installations + Commissioning experience + Understanding design drawings (Structural/Arch/MEP) + Underground utility work **Soft Skills** + Strong coordination skills + Effective communication + Team management **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 180 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Peabody, Massachusetts. **Work Environment** You will be working for owners of landfills, such as Republic Services, and reporting to a supervisor in New York. You will primarily be running the show on-site in Peabody, MA.
