Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description We are currently seeking a qualified Superintendent to manage construction for commercial interior renovation projects in the MD market. This role involves overseeing office interiors, retail, medical, public utility, and infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on commercial medical office interiors in Montgomery County, MD. Responsibilities + Manage all on-site activities. + Ensure daily safety of all contractors and subcontractors on site. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure the project adheres to guidelines and specifications. + Create daily reports for owners and conduct progress meetings. + Maintain project schedule and budget. Essential Skills + 3+ years of commercial project experience. + Strong interior tenant improvement (TI) project experience. + Blueprint reading. + Material ordering and scheduling. + Site safety and conducting toolbox talks. + Construction management. + Subcontractor management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with general contracting and supervision. + Proficiency in managing site construction and tenant improvement projects. Work Environment The role involves working on-site inside the project building, typically with a small project team and in occupied spaces.
