Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Irving, TX
Salary: $100,000-$150,000
Requirements: 3+ years experience with Engine or Electric Power, and/or Data Centers

Position Overview
We are a leader in industrial power systems, providing cutting-edge solutions in electric power generation, data center infrastructure, and engine-driven equipment, and we are seeking a skilled Power Generation Superintendent with strong experience in managing large-scale power projects and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of diesel and gas generator systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and related equipment.Lead teams of technicians and engineers to complete projects safely and within the specified timeline and budget.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local/federal codes for power generation systems and data center operations.Manage the day-to-day operations of industrial engines and power generation systems, toubleshooting and resolving operational issues.Oversee maintenance programs and schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.Provide technical guidance and training to team members and stakehoders as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on construction projectsExperience working on projects involving engine, electric power, and/or data centerStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectivelyUnderstanding of safety protocols and regulations
