Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Superintendent for a short-term project in the Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR. This project involves fiber pulls, installation of new racks, and work within existing conduits. The position requires managing a subcontractor on site and splitting hours with another superintendent. The project is scheduled to start on January 6 and will last for 4-8 weeks.

The work schedule involves 5 days of 12-hour shifts and 2 days of 10-hour shifts, with potential adjustments as you will be splitting hours with another superintendent. The project offers mileage reimbursement and adheres to a 90-95% GSA rate. The work will be conducted in a data center environment, requiring adherence to safety and operational protocols

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00
