Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they adhere to plans, schedules, and quality standards. Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, craftsmen, and vendors. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites. Coordinate the acquisition of materials and equipment, and manage project logistics. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and ensure projects are completed in a secure and law-abiding manner.
ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, craftsmen, and vendors.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate the acquisition of materials and equipment.Manage project logistics effectively.Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process.Ensure projects are completed in a secure and law-abiding manner.Essential SkillsExperience as a superintendent in construction (2.5-5 years of field experience).Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.Experience with commercial construction and construction management.Proficiency in subcontractor management and ground-up construction.Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA 30.Experience with quality control and project scheduling.Proficiency in using Procore.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be open to 75% travel.Experience in tenant improvement and site construction.Work Environment
The work involves the reconstruction of existing buildings and facilities. Benefits include a company truck and fuel card, and for out-of-state projects, the opportunity to fly home every other weekend. The company has a family-owned culture with a family feel. There are quarterly bonuses based on project completion and yearly bonuses based on company profit.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00
