Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description We are currently seeking a qualified Superintendent to manage construction projects for commercial interior renovations in the MD market. This role will focus on office interiors, retail, medical, public utility, and infrastructure clients, specifically commercial medical office interiors in Montgomery County, MD. Responsibilities + Manage all on-site activities. + Ensure daily safety of all contractors and subcontractors on site. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project compliance with guidelines and specifications. + Create daily reports for owners and conduct progress meetings. + Maintain project schedule and budget. Essential Skills + 3+ years of commercial project experience. + Strong experience in interior tenant improvement (TI) projects. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in material ordering and scheduling. + Knowledge of site safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks. + Experience in subcontractor management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in construction management. + Experience in commercial construction. + Supervision and site construction skills. Work Environment The role involves working on-site inside the project building, typically with a small project team, often in occupied spaces. The company offers a flat hierarchy and an interesting project portfolio.
