Job Title: Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily on-site management of construction projects throughout central and southern Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, suppliers, costs, and quality, as well as performing walkthroughs and addressing punch list items after project completion. A strong commitment to safety and leadership by example is essential. Responsibilities + Manage daily on-site activities for construction projects. + Ensure project schedules are maintained and suppliers are managed effectively. + Oversee project costs and quality control. + Conduct walkthroughs and address punch list items upon project completion. + Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, leading by example. Essential Skills + Construction supervision + Commercial construction Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Superintendent. + High school diploma or GED. Work Environment The work environment involves daily on-site management of construction projects.
