**Job Title: Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking two experienced working foreman/superintendents with 5-10 years of experience in masonry, brick paving, and concrete to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of leadership or management experience and the ability to run jobs effectively. This role involves overseeing projects in our retaining wall division and streetscape/road paver division. **Responsibilities** + Run and oversee job sites + Read and interpret blueprints and project plans + Communicate effectively with general contractors and subcontractors + Plan project starting points and processes for the duration of the project + Assist with and manage project scheduling + Manage equipment, materials, and manpower + Ensure adherence to safety protocols (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) + Provide hands-on leadership and work alongside the team when needed **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of foreman/superintendent experience in masonry, brick paving, and concrete + 3 years of leadership or management experience + Ability to read blueprints and project plans + Knowledge of masonry, concrete, block work, and brick paving + Experience with project planning and scheduling + Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean driver's license + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Hands-on leadership style **Why Work Here?** Established in 2001, our company has a strong reputation and is the leader in Michigan for retaining wall and streetscape/road paver projects.
