\t\t\t\t\tJob RequirementsMUST be able to schedule the entire project from start to finish (MS Project preferred)They MUST have been the primary superintendent of Ground Up projectsAbility to track subcontractors’ progress on the job, maintain the project schedule, and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specificationAbility to manage field crew, including project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendentResponsible for quality controlManage project safetyProvide on-site coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.Effectively manage job site challenges such as weather conditions or emergenciesMonitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity. Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contracts, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications.Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
