Job Title: Experienced Interior SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to join our project team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare interiors and is skilled in managing subcontractors, reading blueprints, and maintaining site safety. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage commercial interior projects ranging from $1 to $10 million. + Supervise subcontractors and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA 30 standards. + Coordinate and communicate with project owners and executives. + Maintain strong computer and documentation skills for project tracking and reporting. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent. + Experience with healthcare interiors is highly preferred. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong subcontractor management experience. + OSHA 30 certification. + Experience with interior retail, office space, and infrastructure projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent site safety experience. + Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. + Strong interaction skills with owners and executives. + Proficient in computer and documentation skills. Work Environment This position requires working on-site either in an office or project trailer. The work environment is a construction setting where exposure to various weather conditions and safety protocols is expected. The role involves working with larger project teams, providing exposure to diverse and high-profile projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
