Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee small commercial medical facility renovation projects in Washington, DC, and the Northern Virginia (NOVA) area. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage small commercial medical facility renovation projects. + Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work is performed according to project specifications. + Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track. + Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. + Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. + Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project. Essential Skills + 3+ years of commercial construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent. + Experience working on small interiors projects, preferably in medical or dental facilities. + Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Willingness to learn and grow in the role, with potential for additional training provided. Work Environment This role requires working on-site at various project locations in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia (NOVA). The work environment includes regular interaction with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. The position demands adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
