**Job Title: Superintendent** **Job Description** We are looking for two experienced working foremen/superintendents who have a strong background in masonry, brick paving, and concrete. The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of leadership/management experience. You will be responsible for running jobs within our retaining wall division and streetscape/road paver division, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. **Responsibilities** + Run and manage job sites effectively + Read and interpret blueprints and project plans + Communicate effectively with general contractors and subcontractors + Plan project starting points and processes for the duration of the project + Assist with project scheduling + Manage equipment, materials, and manpower + Ensure adherence to safety protocols (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of experience as a foreman/superintendent in masonry, brick paving, and concrete + 3 years of leadership/management experience + Ability to read blueprints and project plans + Strong experience with masonry, concrete, block work, and brick paving + Knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) + Clean driver's license **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hands-on leadership style, willing to work with the team + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Experience in commercial construction and project management **Why Work Here?** Established in 2001, our company is a leader in Michigan for paver and wall projects.
