Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate all phases of construction and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily construction operations on-siteEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesCoordinate subcontractor activities and schedulesMonitor project progress and report on status to project managersResolve any issues that arise during the construction processConduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are metMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practicesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with General Contracting and Ground-Up projectsFamiliarity with Commercial, Multi Family, Hotel, K12, and Retail construction types is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
