**Job Title: Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading the team in the field, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time within scope, at a high level of safety. This role specifically requires someone with previous Superintendent experience that has at least 3 Hospital Jobs on their resume. Projects will be located in the Valley and North LA areas, including CHLA, Glendale Adventist, White Memorial, Emanate Health, or Valley Presbyterian. **Responsibilities** + Lead the team in the field and coordinate with subcontractors. + Ensure project completion on time within scope and maintain high safety standards. + Focus on interior upgrades, medical equipment, and patient rooms in hospital settings. + Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure quality control. + Maintain OSHA 30 compliance and enforce construction safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Must have experience on at least 3 previous hospital projects. + Previous superintendent experience. + Expertise in construction supervision and safety. + Experience in hospital construction. + Local to the Valley or North LA area. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Commercial construction experience. + General contractor and subcontractor management. + OSHA 30 certification. **Why Work Here?** We offer health, dental, and 401k benefits, a great culture, long tenure, and work-life balance. **Work Environment** The work will be on hospitals in the Valley and North LA area focusing on interior upgrades, medical equipment, and patient rooms. Due to the nature of this work, having a HIGH level of professionalism and an emphasis on safety is a MUST. Shifts typically run from either 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or a swing shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM depending on the specific project assignment. The schedule is Monday to Friday with potential for Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thousand Oaks, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
