Construction Superintendent 

Commercial New Construction and Renovation Projects - $5 - $20m

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with knowledge of commercial construction who will be responsible for overseeing construction activities onsite from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will ensure all safety regulations are met, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and help resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction activities onsite from pre-construction to completion in a timely and cost-effective mannerEnsure that all safety regulations are followed and that all projects are completed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulationsWork with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors as neededMaintain accurate records of all construction activitiesDevelop and maintain project schedulesManage budgets and monitor costs

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction, specifically in commercial constructionExperience in ground-up construction, expansions, offices, new construction, K-12, municipal, medical, student housing, banks, and churches is preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentBenefits
