- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Creates, maintains construction schedules, 3 week look ahead, identifies and solves problems.
- Conduct foreman meetings.
- Work with Project Management Team, Executive Leadership, Clients, etc.What You Need for this Position- 5+ years of Superintendent Experience
- Commercial Construction and/or Multi-Family Experience
- Ground up Experience and/or Tenant Improvement Experience
