Day in the Life- Schedule & manage crews on site- Monitor, approve and track labor hours- Assist in the hiring and mentoring of field employees- Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan- Ensure all site paperwork is up to date, including safety, field reports, etc. - Communicate daily with crews, management, subtrades, consultants and GC- Attend meetings as required including hand off, prestart and other onsite meetings- Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery- Ensure production goals are being achieved while following Flynn's QA/QC program- Provide overall technical support as required to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.- Attend all kick off meetings and review all project related information, including contracts prior to mobilizing on site.- Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project
What we are Seeking- 5+ years’ experience working with Architectural Metal Panels- Good communication (verbal & written)- Ability to deal with conflict- Strong leadership skills- Good listening skills- Ability to adapt- Time management skills- Problem Solving Skills
