Job Title: Superintendent of Construction
Job Description

• Enforce and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and attitude on self-work crews.• Develop, communicate, and improve upon logistics, schedules, and other operational plans.• Interface with BIM Coordination team to provide detailed field use information, ensure work is installed per plan, and BIM model reflects all as-built details.• Direct work in field, track changes, solve for issues before they delay work.• Work with user groups as needed to facilitate successful project completion.• Develop and maintain schedules and tools for communicating work plan, flow, and progress to crews, other trades, project teams, and management.• Work with procurement team to create biddable work packages; track against estimate to manage costs and update appropriate teams.
