Job Description
Manage construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. Order materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites in accordance with scheduling. Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. Conduct quality control inspections on all homes under construction on a daily basis to ensure all work is in compliance with plans and up to quality standards. Deliver all homes within the established timeline.

Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood.
