Job Title: Site Superintendent
Job Description

The Site Superintendent will manage multiple projects, including housing renovations and medical center renovations on the UVA campus in the Charlottesville area.

ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction projects simultaneously.Oversee housing and medical center renovations on the UVA campus.Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.Handle project management tasks including RFI, project coordination, and quality control.Utilize construction management tools such as Procore.Maintain high standards of quality control throughout project lifecycles.Essential Skills5 years of experience as a superintendent.Experience in construction management and subcontractor management.Experience working on higher education projects.Experience with medical renovations.Ability to run multiple jobs concurrently.Proficiency in construction supervision.Knowledge of general contracting practices.Proficient in safety protocols.Experience with RFI management.Project coordination skills.Quality control expertise.Procore proficiency.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience dealing with large/high-end clients.Experience managing projects up to $1.5 million.Work Environment

Work will be conducted fully onsite on the UVA Campus. There will be no need for regular commutes outside the campus. The role offers an opportunity to join a growing small business in the Charlottesville market that is a preferred vendor for UVA, ensuring a steady workflow in this area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
