Position Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced High End Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of high end residential homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and high-end residential construction.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring labor and subcontractors and ordering materialsAdhere to project timeline and budgetEnsure that building codes, safety measures and quality standards are metDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersImplement best practices and keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials and technologyCommunicate updates and changes to clients and internal teams, including architects, engineers, and project managersQualifications10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on high-end residential projectsAbility to read blueprints and understand technical drawingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage a team and deliver results within a budget and timelineStrong understanding of building codes, safety standards and quality controlAdvanced understanding of construction practices, materials and techniquesBachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred
