- Conduct weekly staff meetings and production meetings
- Determine construction techniques to be used
- Oversee quality control of all construction
- Maintain project schedule creating a 2-3 week look ahead
- Appropriately allocate manpower and resources
- Manage all vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identifying and resolving problems as they arise-
- Maintain a clean and orderly job siteWhat You Need for this PositionAt least 5 years of commercial experience on new construction, TI, and remodels
- Worked with reputable commercial contractors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stable career history
