Responsibilities
This position is responsible for monitoring/performing audits at primary carriers to ensure that the primary carriers comply with NYCT-Department of Paratransit contractual requirements. These activities include continuous monitoring of on-time performance standards, management of pull out/radar surveys, reporting of camera/toll /contract violations, and license monitoring. Manage and develop driver safety and training programs in support of primary carrier operations.

$116-890-$122,564
Compression: $122,500
Education and Experience
1. Five (5) years of related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/managerial experience; or
2. A satisfactory equivalent of education/experience
Desired Skills
+ Knowledge of bus transportation operations, including dispatching.
+ Familiarity with constraints on scheduled and unscheduled operations.
+ Ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility and supervise subordinates.
+ The ability to make decisions rapidly and under pressure and effectively deal with availability of labor and equipment constraints.
+ New York State 19A certified examiner experience preferred.
