About this RolePotelco, Inc is looking to add a Renewable Wind Superintendent to a project in Hermiston, OR for a full time permanent role.
The Renewable Wind Superintendent will be responsible for providing highly level support to a large team. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers opportunities for career growth and advancement.
What You'll Do Planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.Review construction documents for completeness and constructabilityReview and understand contract documentsPerform inspection of job sites and individual work duties.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards set by Potelco and Quanta. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.Maintain a daily job-site log.Perform quality control duties per job site. Participate in required supervisor meetings. Assist in training supervisors, foreman and crew members. Create and maintain positive relationships with workers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Mediate disputes or complaints with third parties.Approve daily timecard submissions for foreman and crew members What You'll Bring 3+ years of work on Wind and Renewable energy projects. Expercience successfully leading multiple crews od 10 or more. 3+ years of experience as a construction foreman or 1+ years as a SuperintendentProficient in operating heavy machinery, including cranes and excavators.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
