We are looking for a Supervising Senior Marketing Associate to lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the Workday software and services we offer as a premier partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner-focused marketing, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, this candidate will have a deep understanding of customer journey marketing and a passion for driving results.

Job Responsibilities 

Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the firm’s Workday Financials, Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.  Drive alignment between teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing campaigns.

Partner Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners in the Workday ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns to drive demand.

Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, events and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Content Development: Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos and webinars. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and vendors to drive project execution and achieve objectives.

Measurement and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics, trends and insights. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

Budget Tracking: Monitor spending, track expenses and reconcile the budget to ensure alignment with allocated budgets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget status and variances.

Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, events and inbound teams to ensure smooth and successful execution of your goals objectives. Additionally, you’ll explore opportunities for Armanino's services in core industry verticals, ensuring the success of our GTM strategy for Workday software and services.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on GTM strategy; preferably in a B2B (SAAS, VAR, ERP, CRM) marketing and sales environment

Proven track record of success in driving partner-focused marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior executives

Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Deep understanding of customer journey marketing principles and best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.), reporting tools (PowerBI) and project management systems (Adobe Workfront)

Preferred Requirements 

Professional services experience within a CPA or VAR Partner or management consulting firm
