Team

The Enterprise Planning team is dynamic and highly visible as the focal point for Enterprise story-telling, analysis and reporting. Our team offers a unique perspective into Enterprise analysis and decision making requiring a breadth of knowledge and strategic thinking. We provide analytical support to critical functions across the organization, including, CFO, Controller, Investor Relations, Economic Research, Treasury, Corporate functions, and Business Segments.

Your duties will be to:

Own the consolidated Enterprise three-statement financial model while supporting ad hoc financial analysis.Re-design and integrate existing models into new forecasting systems and reporting solutions.Drive the forecasting and annual planning cycle by communicating timelines, targets and deliverables to key stakeholdersPrepare the content and narrative of the monthly consolidated forecast package and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.Create presentation materials that help drive decision making by our Senior Management Team and Board of Directors.Leverage technology and tools to develop, maintain and optimize reports and processes aimed at efficiently gathering financial data and delivering information to leadersCross-train across Enterprise Planning Treasury responsibilities to provide flexibility and support for consolidated FPA, macro and industry analysis and overall financial strategy

Skills and Capabilities:

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and build strong relationships with colleaguesYou are familiar with collaboration tools and shared documents (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the curiosity and ambition to continuously develop your capabilities toward mastery. (experience with PowerBI is a plus) You have a proficient understanding of the core financial statements and their interaction with one another (three statement modeling experience is a plus) You are deeply experienced with financial planning, general ledger and reporting applications and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/EPM) preferred but not requiredYou are an individual contributor, aspiring leader, and team player, willing to prioritize team success over individual accomplishmentsYou take pride in getting the details right and can produce high-quality work for senior leaders on tight deadlinesYou are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentYou proactively look for ways to improve accuracy and drive efficiency and support others without being askedYou can effectively prioritize tasks and manage your timeYou are accountable for deadlines and keep supervisors and stakeholders well-informed of progress and results

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $95,000-$142,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs. Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
