At Ally Pediatric we have created a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with the expertise of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a neurodiverse affirming practice. Responsibilities:
+ Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to the field’s newest SLPs through Clinical Fellow supervision
+ Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language and feeding disorders in children
+ Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals
+ Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills
+ Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plans
+ Provide one-on-one therapy sessions (reduced direct caseload due to supervisory position)
+ Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
+ Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
+ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech Language and Hearing Association (2+ years with CCCs)
+ Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
+ Experience or interest in working with autistic children
+ Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 years
+ Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model
+ Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques
