\nWhat will I be doing?

\n\n

As a Banquet Set-Up Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of all banquet/catering Functions and Events in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tSupervise and assist House persons with set up to ensure compliance with event specifications and with clean up and break-down after events\n\tAssist House persons with and oversee a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning floors, removing and disposing of trash, and Assist with Refreshes.\n\tEnsure that All table presentations are up to standards such as Pads, Pens, water stations and Linen.  \n\tAssist with planning, organization, and execution of all banquet functions\n\tGreet clients and guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n\tParticipate in and lead department meetings, Such as Pre-shifts, and monthly Meeting.  \nWhat are we looking for?
