Supervisor, Branch Management

This position is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the branch or assigned department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a positive work environment. Your role will involve supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. This is an onsite position to ensure the highest level of support and collaboration with our teammates. You will… + Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch or assigned department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of home healthcare services + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans. + Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices, align processes, and ensure consistency in service delivery. + Supervise and guide branch staff, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel. + Ensure appropriate staffing levels, manage schedules, and coordinate staff assignments to meet patient needs. + Conduct regular staff meetings, provide performance feedback, and address training and development needs. + Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and, continuous learning. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. + Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and infection control measures. + Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. + Implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. + Collaborate with clinical staff and caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care. + Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution. + Maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and external stakeholders to promote patient satisfaction and retention. + Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys, implementing improvements based on feedback. + Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, including clinical, administrative, and corporate staff. + Participate in regular meetings, share updates, and collaborate on strategic initiatives. + Serve as a liaison between the branch and leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. + Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations. + Ensure accurate and timely documentation of branch activities, including patient records, staff documentation, and operational reports. + Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, KPIs, and compliance to management as required. + Maintain confidentiality and security of patient and teammate information under HIPAA regulations. + Display understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement principles. + Occasional business travel may be required. + May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following… + High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. + Four (4) plus years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus. + Up to one (1) year of leadership responsibility. + Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. + Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of home care professionals to achieve organizational goals. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to clients, families, staff, and other stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and their families, providing compassionate care and support during challenging situations. + Proven track record of identifying issues, analyzing problems, and implementing effective solutions to improve service delivery and client outcomes. + Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and make decisions quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and external partners. + Proficiency in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns among clients, staff, and other stakeholders diplomatically and constructively. + Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. + Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the ability to provide culturally competent care and support to clients from different backgrounds. + Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, compliance with regulations, and delivery of high-quality care.
