Provides supervision to HBCI SWA team, including the appropriate utilization and management of staff to ensure the quality and quantity of services provided is consistent with an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care and VNSNY Home Care goals and objectives. Works under general supervision. Licensure: Registration to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State preferred. Valid New York State driver's license required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social work or in a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years experience providing mental health services to children and families required. Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
