Responsibilities Hire, train, and manage a team of 13 people based in Poland & MexicoKnowledge of Order to Cash ProcessResponsible for KPI ReportingAssist with PWC AuditHost meetings with business stakeholders internally & externallyAbility to lead, manage and implement new systems and integrationsAbility to understand a complex business and provide solutionsProblem Solving & Communication SkillsMonth End Reporting & Subledger Reconciliation – Understanding of basic accountingUnderstanding of bad debt and loss of receivablesWork to improve processes and procedures related to AR, Credit & CollectionsAssumes other duties as assigned Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree Required (Accounting or Finance Preferred) - as an advantageMust have Intermediate Excel KnowledgeMust have basic accounting knowledgeExperience with Microsoft Office Applications and ERP SystemsGreat customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a credit & collections environmentMinimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor/Team Leader with AR and/or Credit & CollectionsExperience with High Radius

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must have good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with othersMust be able to perform in a high-speed, high-pressure environmentMust be attentive to detailsWillingness to come to the office in Katowice twice a month What do we offer
